ESSE

The most popular solid fuel Esse model found in a lot of South African farmstead kitchens and homes, is the Esse Fairy – shown in the photograph. Very reliable and seems to go on forever without any complaint. Often found in Emmie’s workshop being restored. In larger establishments such as schools and hostels, the bigger industrial Esse’s are to be found, such as the Esse Premier, a large beast capable of feeding a three course meal to at least 50 people at a time.
